Get ready for the return of this highly anticipated culinary symposium now being presented in an East and West Edition format. Double the top-level education, double the delicious fun, double the national accessibility! Conducted by powerhouse casts of top culinary institute professors and chef-instructors, award-winning chefs, acclaimed cookbook authors, and industry experts, The Fourth Annual Gluten-Free Culinary Summit’s East and West Editions will provide the finest in gluten-free culinary education for the public and trade featuring two exceptional presentation casts.
Both Summit Editions will follow the signature Gluten-Free Culinary Summit format with the exciting inclusion of the GF Baking Invitational culinary student competitions for scholarship funds in several baked good categories. You will have the opportunity to taste the students’ creations and make your votes count! Plus, additional new Summit features will include The Gluten-Free Baking-Today Variety Show and a GF Culinary Afternoon Tea.
The Summit Editions will abound with intriguing and nutritiously delicious ingredients, traditional and cutting-edge methods, and tips for creating fabulous, trend-setting gluten-free cuisine. Celebrating both the sweet and the savory, Summit Chefs will demonstrate their creations designed for all meals of the day and everything in between. You can count on our tradition in presenting top caliber instruction around the basics and more advanced strategies while also incorporating timely topics that address smart recipes and techniques to help save money in the tough economic climate.
Food lovers of all inclinations, whether gluten-intolerant or not, are invited to partake in these signature weekend symposiums featuring a full menu of back-to-back gluten-free baking and cooking demonstrations followed by recipe tastings, interactive panel discussions, and special events with the chefs.
